I am a 23-year old powerhouse Baha'i who seeks to eradicate poverty in the country of Sierra Leone on the west coast of Africa while changing diapers and cleaning spit-up with my other hand.  I am a mother to a six month old golden child, named Ival Armah.  my significantly frustrating other (just kidding, baby, i love you!), Amara, and I have created a nonprofit that brings books to schools and libraries in Sierra Leone (please visit…..  www.ngslproject.org to find out more).
We live in sunny San Diego, California in a house so charming I wake up every morning with a smile.  Amara works as an ICU nurse, & we raise our son to be better people than we are (PLEASE!! i hope!!!).  We both write poetry and raise money and books to atone for our trespasses and faults.  I love reading Jennifer Weiner books and eating chocolate!!!  I also love laying outdoors and meditating.
Oh yeah, last but not least, Ival Armah is the greatest baby in the world!!!
